- Connect the headphones first, and check you can hear the hum.
- Press START. Wait about three minutes for the first chime, so you know sound works.
- Turn the headphones off, wait 20s, turn them back on. Then check the audio row still says 0 could not restart.
- Press the power button. Leave the tablet on the bed, screen off, until morning.
- In the morning open the app and read this screen. Do not press START again.
